FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) — A Fayetteville chef has been chosen to represent Arkansas in Louisiana’s 2018 Great American Seafood Cook-Off. Arkansas Lieutenant Governor Tim Griffin nominated Maudie Schmitt, co-owner and chef at Cafe Rue Orleans, Wednesday (June 13).
